Cullen Construction is an environmentally conscious building contracting company located in Palm Harbor, Florida. It is owned and operated by Norm Cullen Jr. and primarily serves Palm Harbor, New Port Richey, Ozona and surrounding communities in Pinellas County and Pasco County.

The company was originally founded in 1948 in Chicago Illinois by the current owner's grandfather. Since then two other generations have followed in those very same footsteps, carrying with them a legacy of quality building experience. Today Norman Cullen Jr. is president of Cullen Construction and proudly carries on this very same tradition with all the pride and determination of past generations integrated with modern technology and environmentally friendly practices. Norm is proud of his past, and more importantly, he sees the importance of progressing forward with the same level of professionalism and integrity that have become so important to him and his own family.

Norm is very qualified as both a businessman and a green building contractor. He earned a degree from The Florida State School of Business in 1994. He is a Florida Certified General Contractor. He is also Licensed Florida Realtor and a member of the Tampa Bay Builders Association, Florida Green Building Coalition, Progress Energy Advantage Builder program and a proud member of the Better Business Bureau.
